Overview

A read-only command-line tool for SAP/Sybase ASE database administrators. Collect server metadata, review findings and keep scan history locally. Generate detailed and summary reports without uploading database scans to SolveRelay. SolveRelay offers a one-off manual ASE review, with prioritised findings and recommendations. Requirements

Python 3.12 or newer, pyodbc, and an installed SAP/Sybase ASE ODBC driver. You need network access to an ASE server and an account with the metadata permissions described in the manual. Tested on Linux with Python 3.12. Windows launchers are included; Windows, Python 3.13/3.14 and live ASE compatibility still need validation.

Delivery & licence

Download ASE Health Check v0.7.2 as a ZIP, including launchers and the user manual. The 30-day trial begins on your first live ping or scan attempt. After expiry, new live connections require a licence; existing history, reports and exports remain available. Email support@solverelay.com for continued-use pricing and activation.
